The department capacity-25 beds. The benevolent attitude towards mother and child as well as supporting of the breastfeeding are priorities.

• All children are daily examined by the doctor, who gives recommendations on breastfeeding and childcare.
• Experienced nurses train mothers to take care of their child and to breastfeed in a proper  way.
• In case the child gets sick, he will be examined by doctors of other specialities and may be transferred to the second or the third level of the healthcare.
• All children are examined on the subject of hearing loss, the echocardiography is performed as well.

The round-the clock collateral staying of mother and child, which promotes the strengthening of «connection» between them and allows breastfeeding at childs demand, as well as gives a chance to purchase childcare skills.

The experienced team of middle and junior staff is working in the department.
